Return & Refund Policy
At Aiza Traders, we want you to be happy with every order. Because of the nature of our products, we accept returns ONLY if the item arrives damaged, defective, or if any item is missing from your order.
When a return is accepted
- The product was received damaged or defective.
- One or more items are missing from your order.
- You received the wrong item.
What we need from you
To process any damage or missing-item claim, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number.
- Clear photos of the damaged item and outer packaging, OR
- An unboxing video clearly showing the issue or missing item (strongly recommended).
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives and email us at sales.aizatraders@gmail.com so we can make it right.
Returns we do NOT accept
- Change of mind or no longer wanting the product.
- Ordering the wrong product by mistake.
- Minor colour/appearance differences due to screen settings.
- Used, washed, or installed products (unless they arrived damaged/defective).
- Products without original packaging, tags, and accessories.
- Sale items and gift cards.
Refunds
Once your claim is approved, we will arrange a replacement or refund. Approved refunds for prepaid orders are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped. Once dispatched, an order cannot be cancelled.
